Increases for all 2023-24 Purses

The Kuskokwim 300 Race Committee is proud to announce substantial, across the board increases to prize purses for all 2023-24 races. The K300 (scheduled for Friday, January 26) purse will increase from $160,000 to $185,000 with the winner taking home a check for $28,500, up from $25,000. The K300 pays prize money to the top 25 finishers with all finishers receiving an increased payout this year.
The Bogus Creek 150 (Saturday, January 13) purse will increase from $60,000 to $75,000 and the Akiak Dash (Saturday, January 27) gets a boost from $30,000 to $40,000. All other races hosted by the K300 Race Committee will see purses increase from $20,000 to $25,000.
The K300 Race Committee last increased purses five years ago, for the 2018-19 racing season.
