A little bit of fresh snow and a forecast for several days of cold look to be giving us a prime opportunity for a late-season race. The event will start near the small boat harbor on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Trail details will be announced later in the week, but mushers can expect a route of 50 miles or less.
This event will be part of the Delta Championship Series, replacing the 100 Mile Challenge. If conditions hang on for another week we will try to hold one more race.
